Daily check-in

Every day gets a colour. Together they draw your week.
The wave from our icon is your own mood chart. Each day takes the colour of how it felt, so a good stretch or a rough patch shows at a glance.
Everything you track, in one calm place
A check-in that takes a minute
Mood, symptoms, medications, habits, sleep, energy and a note, one short step at a time. Skip anything you do not track.
- Pick how you feel on a five-point scale, then the exact word on the feelings wheel
- An optional mood range from very low to very elevated, next to your sleep and medications
- Symptoms from none to extreme, and “Same as yesterday” in one tap
- Factors like caffeine, alcohol and stress, plus simple food tags. No calorie counting
How are you feeling?
Stay on top of your doses
Add your medications once, set the times, and mark each dose taken or missed. Reminders and the adherence report are always free.
- Choose times and weekdays, or log an as-needed dose when you take one
- Reminders are local notifications on your iPhone, with the name and dose
- See how many doses you took each week

Find what affects how you feel
Health Diary compares your days with and without a factor, a habit, a medication or short sleep, against your symptoms and mood. Patterns in your own notes, never a diagnosis.
- See findings in plain words, with the number of days behind each one
- Nothing is shown until there are at least 3 days with and 3 days without
- 7 and 30 day trends, a weekly report and your two strongest findings are free
What affects you
On days with caffeine your migraine was 1.2 points higher (6 days with, 9 without)
On days with a late bedtime your mood was 0.8 lower (5 days with, 10 without)
Show your doctor a clear picture
Turn a period you choose into a one-page PDF and share it from your iPhone, only where you decide. Your full data can leave as a CSV file at any time.
- Pick 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or your own dates, and the sections to include
- Mood, symptoms, medications and adherence, sleep, factors and notes
- The doctor report is a Premium feature; CSV export is free

Your diary stays on your iPhone
There is no account and no server that stores your entries. We cannot see what you log.
No account
Open the app and start. Your entries live in the app on your iPhone. In Settings, “Clear all data” deletes them whenever you want.
Apple Health, read only
Optional. Sleep, steps, heart rate and weight are read on your iPhone to pre-fill and show your day. Nothing is written back, sold or used for ads.
Optional Face ID lock
Hide the app behind Face ID or your passcode. It keeps prying eyes out; it does not encrypt your data.
Good to know
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your diary lives on your iPhone.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone only. We run no server for your diary and cannot see your entries. Anonymous usage statistics (never what you log) and your subscription status are handled by Amplitude and RevenueCat; the Privacy Policy explains it in full.
Does it replace my doctor?
No. Health Diary is a self-tracking journal. It does not diagnose, treat or detect any condition and does not give medical advice. Use it to notice patterns and bring a clearer picture to your doctor.
How does Apple Health work?
It is optional. The app reads sleep, steps, heart rate and weight to pre-fill your sleep and show your day, and uses sleep and steps as factors on your device. It never writes to Apple Health, and the data never leaves your iPhone.
How do I delete my data or cancel Premium?
In Settings, “Clear all data” deletes everything on your iPhone. Premium is managed in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
